Pink Lemonade Sorbet

Ingredients:

  • 12 ounces frozen pink lemonade concentrate
  • 8 ounces clear diet soda
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup strawberries

Directions

Combine lemonade and diet soda. Place into 8x8 square pan. Allow to freeze for 2 hours, scratch with fork and freeze again, repeat two more times. If desired, can be placed in ice cream freezer.

Clean strawberries and quarter. In small bowl combine strawberries and
blueberries and top over a scoop of Pink Lemonade sorbet. Limeade or regular lemonade can be substituted.
