Rosa's Wrap

Ingredients:

  • 8 ounces low-fat cream cheese
  • ½ cup diced roasted red peppers
  • ½ cup diced sun-dried tomatoes
  • ½ cup diced red onion
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Flat bread or tortillas
  • Ham or turkey, Lettuce, Tomato diced

Directions
Combine cream cheese, peppers, sun-dried tomatoes, onion, garlic powder together and mix well (can be mixed in food processor). Place tortilla on plate add 2 tablespoons cream cheese mixture and add 2 slices lean ham or turkey and then fresh lettuce and tomato slices.

To wrap: fold bottom of tortilla over mixture; turn in sides, and finish rolling to
tight roll. Can be served as a whole or can be cut into pinwheels for appetizers.
